Smartlipo Certification for NY & Out-of-State Physicians
Park Avenue Smart Lipo™/bodySCULPT offers hands on, in person liposuction certification for physicians with or without prior liposuction experience. We offer one or two day courses that is held at our surgical facility at 128 Central Park South and is limited to two physicians per session. The course consists of a didactic portion on the basic applications of liposuction and energy based devices used in conjunction with liposuction. Safety, efficacy and appropriate candidate selection are emphasized. This is followed by a hands on experience* in the operating room, during which you will become familiarized with energy based devices and its applications as well as liposuction technique including perioperative protocols. Upon completion of the course, you will receive a certificate of completion. Out of State Physicians
Park Avenue Smart Lipo™/bodySCULPT is pleased to offer on-site certification in the comfort of your own facility by one of our own plastic surgeons. A copy of our curriculum and a list of required equipment are sent ahead of time to your office. The material is then reviewed by your operating room manager and communicated to our facility. This can be done either by virtual technology through Zoom. We can assist you with selection of an appropriate patients. A date is then scheduled with our surgeon and coordinator for our visit to your facility. Upon completion of the course you will be provided with a certificate of completion.
